Due to the very exclusive style of Villa Venetian, the high standard of development and the well-kept landscaping with palm trees, tropical plants, and a perfect lawn, the Villa Venetian with other houses is hardly comparable.

Interior Villa Venetian: With great attention to detail we have met this challenge and accepted this, therefore, the villa was in November and December 2016 fully furnished and redesigned in the field Interior furnishing. Outside Villa Venetian: the outdoor area was renewed total as of January 2017th All tropical plants, palm trees and flowers were 100% replanted and attractively decorated. Also in the evening the Villa Venetian shines with the opulent lighting and you feel good in warm colors.

Bootsdock Anlegeplätze Villa Venetian: Das Bootsdeck wurde 2017 komplett renoviert und in hellgrauen Farbton passend gestrichen. Das grosse Bootsdock verfügt über einen eigenen Sitz- und Stehbereich wo ihr an schönen Abenden bei einem Drink oder Essen direkt am Kanal die Sonnenuntergänge mitverfolgen und geniessen könnt. Das Deck verfügt über 2 getrennte Bootsplätze. Beide Decks verfügen über je einen Bootslift. Unser Rental Boat könnt ihr direkt aus dem Wasser hiefen, wir helfen gerne bei der Vermietung. Auf dem rechten Lift steht unser Privat Boot. Unser Boot darf aus Haftpflichtgründen nicht betreten oder bedient werden.
